Abstract:
Based on the simple physical model and matrix optics method ,the influence of the misaligned optical resonator on the focused properties of emerging beams,subsequently propagating through a transmitting optical system,has been analyzed and illustrated with numerical examples.Meanwhile,some useful estimation formulas have been given too.

Abstract:
This paper summarized in detail the evolution of X-ray lasers in both recombination and electron collisional excitation regimes following optical field induced ionization in theory and experiment ,and these regimes are deemed to be new promising approaches for tabletop X-ray lasers .This work is valuable to the research of X-ray lasers,and in particular the research of X-ray lasers following optical field-induced ionization.
Changes in Gaussian beams passing through a phase plate

Abstract:
Changes in fundamental and higher-order Gaussian beams propagating through a phase plate have been studied numerically in detail .The results have shown that the phase plate can change the field distribution and Me2 factor based on the power content definition ,even Me22 based on the second moments definition can not be improved by using the phase plate.

Abstract:
The air plasma channel is produced by Nd:glass laser (wavelenth=1.06μm).The influence to the electrical discharge under DC field between two stick electrodes is researched.We described the guiding ability of air discharge by laser-induced plasma and measured the triggering ability of discharges.

Abstract:
rhbFGF is a multifunctional growth factor that has been implicated in a number of proliferative,regenerative,and survival-related cellular events in the central nervous system.We contracted the effect of rhbFGF and dexamethasone by different dose or by injecting in different sites on chinchilla rabbits whose retinas were injured by laser.The results showed that rhbFGF plays more important role in retinal injuries that superior to dexamethasone.

Abstract:
The characteristics of a diffuse-reflecting pump cavity were analyzed.This paper pointed out,for these applications of the high laser beam quality and high efficiency of lasers,the diffuse-reflective cavity is a good selection.In experimental study,a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser with a diffuse-reflecting pumping cavity was utilized to obtain high energy with high efficiency.
Measurement of optical homogeneity of MgO:LiNbO3 crystal for optical waveguide

Abstract:
The optical waveguide needs high quality optical substrate or high optical homogeneity.In our experimental research,the phase-matching temperature of MgO:LiNbO3 crystal has the relative to the refractive index and its temperature grade.According to the measuring results of phase-matching temperature and temperature grade of redractive index,the refractive index could be calculated.In the experimental system,three specimens taken from different position of a single MgO:LiNbO3 crystal set in a line and a 1.06μm laser source was used to measure the phase-matching temperature,finally the grade of the refractive index was calculated.

Abstract:
It is necessary to understand the light fluernce rate distribution in blood in the field of laser medicine.Port wine stain is one of the most common dermal diseases,and the means of laser treatment was often used.Assume that blood is distributed homogeneously over the dermal volume,instead of being enclosed in discrete vessels,and laser treatment of port wine stains has often been modelled.The paper calculates and analyses the result under the assumption.

Abstract:
Starting from dielectric tensor of magnetic optical materials,this paper analyzed the relation between magnetic circular dichroism(MCD) and Faraday extinction ratio,and showe that the extinction ratio of magnetic optical materials was defined by MCD and MCB(magnetic circular birefraction).As an example,the BiCaInVIG material was used to be a optical isolator to discuss the isolation level and insertion loss.The numerical calculation indicated,if MCD was less than 0.2,the optical isolation level would be less than 30dB.
Improving of surface adhesion quality of glass substrate to photo polymerizated film during the replica procession of optic disk

Abstract:
In this paper,the adhesive strength between photopolymerizated film,glass substrate and CD's Ni-Stamper has been measured.We separately use three methods:pre-coating a thin layer of PMMA,SOL-GEL processing,dipping coating a thin layer of α-replaced silicane connective,to improving the adhesive quality of glass substrate' surface and then compare these methods through different facets to select the simplest and most economical technology.A copy of Ni-Stamper of CD is made by this technology,the microstructure of the copied information is given here with SEM.
Measurement of the ground state copper atom density in a magnetically confined discharge

Abstract:
Using absorption method,we measured the ground state copper atom density in a magnetically confined discharge,and found that the density of the atom was the degree of 1014cm-3 ,and was suited to copper vapor laser action.Comparing with conventional copper vapor lasers,the discharge gas temperature was quite lower.So the results show the feasibility of applying the magnetically confined discharge in copper vapor lasers.
Environmental noise analysis of airborne laser barthymetry

Abstract:
In an airborne laser barthymetry,various environmental background noises influence the performance of the system.After systematic analysis of environmental background noises,it is obtained that the main noise is the solar noise;comparily,moon noise power and starlight noise power are much lesser.Variation of receiving noise power is chiefly determined by its surface irradiance,not by the airborne height.It also gives the max mensurable depth of the sea in condition of various background noises.
Study on a new kind of coating for CO2 laser heat treatment

Abstract:
A new kind of coating which can be used in CO2 laser heat treatment was reported.We have got some useful results by analyzing the infrared absorption spectrum of different kinds of coatings of the elemental composition in the treated zone before and after heat treating and researching the effect of different kinds on the infrared absorption spectrum of the coatings.This new kind of coating was used in the heat treatment of mobile engine cylinder.The results showed that this coating was high-absorption at 10.6μm wavelength,harmless and no pollution.Also it was cheaper than other coating and easy to remove.

Abstract:
This paper reported a new type Cs atomic resonance filter detected by ionization.The filter was fabricated by injecting an electrode and filling cesium in an electron amplifier.The previous experiment show that the lowest detectable energy is 10nJ,the time response is 50ns.

In our experimental research,Co2+:Al2O3 crystal was used as passive Q-switch for Er glass laser.The output characteristics of the laser was the relative to input energy.When input energy was 21J,10mJ of the output energy obtained,and the pulse width was 85ns.
The application of sol gel process in the preparation of solid state dye lasers

Abstract:
The solid state dye lasers have many advantages.There are many ways to prepare them,and the sol gel process is a better one.But there still have many disadvantages in the old sol gel process which limits its application.This article discusses tow kinds of modified process-organically modified silicates (ORMOSILS) and incorporating polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) into the sol gel matrix.By comparison of laser performance of dye molecules in ORMOSILS and PMMA host,we can see that ORMOSILS are a better host for organic dyes in the preparation of solid-state dye lasers.
