Optimum bias circuit for avalanche photodiode
Zhang Shuren
1988, 12(4): 1-4.
Abstract:
The multiplication noise current spectrum of avalanche photodiode and equivalent input noise current spectrum are briefly introduced. First,a short discussion of the temperature effect factors for avalanche photodiode has been made, giving stable methods. Finally, optimum stable bias circuit design is studied as well.
A temperature variation resistant laser dye solution
Liu Yangman
1988, 12(4): 5-7.
Abstract:
The viscosity and thermooptic characteristics of the laser dye solution which effect lasers output stability and linewidth are discussed. The paper proposes firstly the preparation method and expermental result of the temperature vatiation resistant laser dye solution. Its viscosity remains constant within a temperature variation of 18~40℃.
CSP visible semiconductor laser and four layer leaky waveguide analysis
Cui Jie, Zhang Xingde
1988, 12(4): 8-12.
Abstract:
Single transverse-mode and single longitudinal-mode stabilized AlxGa1-xAs CSP visible semiconductor laser is fabricated by means of liquid phase epitaxial method at the temperature of 780℃.The wavelength is 7500A.The four-layer leaky waveguide mechanism is analyzed by perturbation method also.
Algorithm research for optical field analysis program of semiconductor laser
Lu Suili
1988, 12(4): 13-16,20.
Abstract:
In this paper an algorithm of computer program for optical field analysis of semiconductor laser is derived using two techniques of the effective dielectric constant method and the equivalent transmission line method. And computer program flow chart is also given.

The analysis of the operating range of the laser rangefinders in the ship-based fire control systems of foreign navies
Fang Qiwan
1988, 12(4): 21-26.
Abstract:
This paper estimates the sensitivity of several typical laser rangefin ders in the ship-based fire control-systems of the foreign navies, according to their extinction or part paramoters. Thus we can verify their operating ranges and can calculate the operating ranges to the antiwarship missile which seetion area is 0.1m2 and to the attack plane which section area is 2m2 under any definite visibility.
